Senior Property Consultant

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Abu Dhabi for a property consultant, you will assist clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. You will research market conditions, property listings, and the client’s needs to provide the best real estate options. In addition, you will assist with negotiations, documentation, and closing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge in real estate market.
• Inform all the customers about the offers and the discount.
• Achieve target of the month.
• Follow up everything new properties in the market.
• Answer all the questions that the customers ask about it.
• Reporting everything for the team leader.
• Solve the problems.
• Work under pressure.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• +2 years of experience in UAE real estate market.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and purchase process.
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
• Excellent in communication skills, selling and negation.
• Presentable.
• OWN visa.
